Hi, Could someone please clarify residence information on a marriage certificate as I am finding it difficult to read. It is for James Bill and Mary Jane Brown November 1871.
Can I also ask if these are the parents of James Bill born 9/9/1874
Many thanks.

The address is hard to make out but the birth of James Bill 1874 gives mothers name
As Mary Jane Hill formerly Brown

Islandbane it must be. You always have the option of GRONI £2.50 as the images are from the church ledgers not the quarterly copies. Will still be in John Hewitt's hand in this case but may be clearer.
Or utilise starts with or ends with etc to assist https://swilson.info/db/townlanddbs.php

Islandbawn is an alternate spelling to Islandbane but after checking it several times I really do think it is written as Islandbawn.

James & Rose had several children but sadly only Joseph seems to have survived.
