Hi, could someone please tell me what this says?  ???
(The deceased is a 8 month old baby if that helps!)

due to (c) marasmus

Marasmus is basically malnutrition.

Bronco Pneumonia
Prematurity

last word ends with 'asmus', so could possibly be Marasmus (undernourishment/malnutrition)
Its likely the baby was too ill to feed properly
