Title: Decypher place name in the 1841 census for Warrington, Lancashire, Uk.
Post by: algy on Saturday 23 August 25 07:43 BST (UK)
Could anyone please confirm this entry in the 1841 census for Warrington Lancashire please.
In H_521-4_150 'Mary Hill', Female-Age '50', Profession- 'F D (or S)'.
The confirmation I require is the "Place" which I am unable to decipher correctly, possibly Oliver Street, however if it is, the written word does not make sense.
Thanks, Algy.

I think it says 'omitted at Orford lane'.

Thank you to both of you, the fog has lifted and it is now perfectly clear.
