Hello
Can anyone help looking up a death for John McPherson in the Forres Gazette dated 18 Feb 1863. According to Moray Lib Index, he died on 15 February 1863 but I'm unable to find a death on the Scotland's People website.   He was married to Margaret Donaldson
Also, he was mentioned in the newspaper as being drunk and disorderly and assault in the years 1847, 1853. 1857 & 1859
Unfortunately, I don't have access to the Newspaper online

Any help would be very much appreciated.

The only death I can see 1863 Forres Moray age 75 is for a

James Macpherson age 75 years
Forres

Ref 137/18

I would take a chance on that one
