Help please
I'm trying to decipher the place of burial written on this San Francisco death certificate from 1931, the typing and the handwriting appear to be 2 different things.
Maybe someone with some local knowledge may know better?
thank you

Any chance that you can just copy the death certificate at the usual size please ie don't try to enlarge it.
It is badly pixelated but I can read the undertaker's address as being 1724 Sacramento Bvld
Cannot read the person's name, has this been cut off? Could you pl supply this as it will make being able to help you easier.
Is it Carl Kalms?

Yes, it is Carl Kalms. I attach the entire certificate as requested. We are trying to find out the place of burial please

Do you have the actual certificate with you?
There are type written word/s above the handwritten-in place of burial.
What are they and what is the heading of the box that the handwriting occurs in.
Thanks

I believe it says:
Place of Burial or <undecipherable>
BURIAL
S? S?

Cannot identify burial place "S.. S..."(?) but 1724 Sacramento Street was the Cathedral Mortuary and the Undertakers/Funeral Directors Joseph Hagan & Sons.
I've started to plough thru' the "Despatch" columns of the San Francisco Examiner for any reference to place of interment that looks like place on the cert - but without success.
The newspaper site only delivers "snippets" and to view requires subscription.
Couldn't spot a "Despatch" for Carl Robert KALMS?

Could it be "Place of Burial or Internment"

Place of burial or cremation?
