Title: HARRY BARKER LOMAX WW1 1919
Post by: trevalyn on Wednesday 06 August 25 17:32 BST (UK)
Can anyone help?
HARRY BARKER LOMAX died on 26 July 1919 after serving with the Welsh Regiment. Aged just 20, he was the son of Thomas Duckworth and Annie Marie Lomax. The family lived at 14 Melrose Avenue in Bolton and Henry died there. The family were Wesleyan.
Harry is entitled to War Grave designation - if proof of burial can be found.
Does anyone know where Harry Barker Lomax is buried? I would be very grateful for any small snippets of information.

The father Thomas Duckworth Lomax (solicitor) passed away May 1904. The funeral was held at Harwood Church.
There is a Harwood Methodist Church Cemetery. Harwood, Metropolitan Borough of Bolton, Greater Manchester.  Or in the church grounds of that church ? Would it be worth an enquiry to see if Harry is buried with his father ?
