Hi,

I am seeking any information on Mary Walshe, who was married to Patrick Delaney. Particularly info regarding her birth and death and her parents. They lived in Clonbane, Laois. They had a few children, one being John born in 1871.

Was she born in Laois?  If not - what  part of Ireland was she from?  Walsh(e) is a very common Irish surname

When was she born?

To narrow her death down - is she on the 1901 census?

Have you checked www.irishgenealogy.ie for her birth & marriage?  Her marriage cert should give her fathers name

Mary Delaney (nee Walshe) died 7 May 1915 at Clonbane. Her son Patrick was the informant.

4 Mary Walsh baptisms in Aghaboe Parish in that general time frame.

Mary to William Walsh and Honor Fitzpatrick 26th January 1834

Mary to Thomas Walsh and Elen Kelly 2nd December 1838

Mary to Patrick Walsh and Mary Collins 31st July 1841

Mary to Tom Walsh and Mary Culleton 5th January 1844

That's just from transcripts so didn't look at register at NLI to see what address if any given etc.
