I agree Icterus, the ‘er’ after ‘Ict’ is written in very similar way to the ‘er’ after ‘C’ in ‘Certified’.

That seems a bit strange as Jaundice is a symptom of disease ,such as liver failure ,gall bladder trouble .
It can be caused by an accumulation of the pigment bilirubin .
