Hi! Can anyone help with the marriage of a Robert Young to a lady called Mary?

Robert was baptised at Irthlingborough on 29th April 1667, son of a William and Amey Young.

There does not seem to be a marriage on Alan Clarke Northants cd's pre 1700's.
