Title: General question

I was wondering how to contact someone from your tree that may still be living? Social media perhaps?

That could be a starting point - assuming they are on FB etc.

If you know what area they live in you could try www.192.com but to find the full address you have to buy credits

I managed to contact a 4th cousin (by mail) by using an address that I found in the whitepages. I was lucky in that they had an unusual surname and that there was only one entry.
I have tried to contact other relations through various family history sites but quite often I don't get any response.
Good luck with your search.

I find that before trying “ clever” tricks it is best to just search for them online using a search engine such as DuckDuckGo. Simple and quick and sometimes works.

Have you checked whether the person has a tree on Ancestry as you could contact them via the tree.
