I have been a member of rootschat for years and I am now in a family history group. I had so much good advice last week that I told the group about your site. They tried to join but they were being asked for a bank card. One member phoned her bank and they said it was a scam.

Were they looking at www.RootsChat.com?

Which is not connected to any other site starting with "Roots . . . .".

I have no idea what they were opening. When they first mentioned it I showed them pictures of this site saying FREE. That I had never had to put card details in. I just wanted Rootschat to be aware that there was something copying your site. I didn’t know how to do it. I also sent a message to I think technical. Regards Lizzy

Go to the main RootsChat page (rootschat.com) and click Contact Support ( bottom right of page).
Tell them of your problem.
