John was the son of John Thomas Allen 1840-1894 and Rebecca Roberts or Roberta Rosser 1845-c1901. He emigrated to the USA by 24 Oct 1892 as he was naturalized on that date and was living at 17-19 Park Row, Kings, New York. According to that record he arrived l Sept 1875.
After 24/10/1892 he disappeared from sight?

Where did the information come from that he was in Kings County/Brooklyn? I found a naturalization record with that address, but it's from New York County (Manhattan) and I didn't see any mention of Kings County on it. There are some streets in Brooklyn named Park, but the only Park Row I know of is in Manhattan.

There is a John Joseph Allen reg. St Pancras March quarter 1864 mother's maiden name Roberts
1871 Census St Pancras
John Thomas Allen 31 Gilder
Rebecca 26
John J 7
Louisa R 5
1881 Census
John T Allen 41 Gilder
Rebecca 36
John J 17
Louisa R 16
Mary Roberts 56 mother in law
Joseph Green 58 Uncle. Upholsterer
So it cannot be this one as he is still in England with his family 1881.

17-19 Park Row was shown as his address (I've no idea about New York addresses) on the Naturalization record as well as he being a clerk at that time. He was living in England 1871-1881 so I presume the date of arrival was recorded wrongly.

Are you sure you have the correct man?
There are quite a few by that name who emigrated 1875, several from Ireland.
Who is Roberta Rosser you refer to?
What documentation do you have that lead you to believe John Joseph Allen' parents are John and Rebecca.?

Roberta or Rebecca Roberts or Rosser was the illegitimate daughter of Stephen Rosser who never married her mother Mary Roberts but at Rebecca's baptism he was recorded as her father. She was baptised on the same day and place as Sarah, daughter of John and Sophia Rosser.
At her marriage 5 Apr 1863, she was recorded as Rebecca 'Roberts', Father Stephen 'Roberts' dead, spouse father: Thomas Allen carver, she was living at Hanway Place as was he; witnesses Susannah Green and Joseph Green.
