Hi hoping someone can help me with this question.
I live in Australia and want to purchase a marriage certificate from the Manitoba Vital Statistics Branch.
I have been on the website and found the marriage but i am unsure if i can actually use the form on there as i live in Australia.

Groom's Last Name: THOMPSON
Groom's First Name: HENRY   Registration No.: 1929-048360
Bride's Last Name: SEWELL
Bride's First Name: LOUISE SARAH   Registration Date:

If they accept credit cards it should be OK. It looks like they have seperate charges for international delivery on their "rush" service which suggests to me they are set up for international payments.

If you are at all worried, send them an email first to clarify. Their email address is embedded in the form.
