Used both options of Magill and McGill.
Commonwealth War Graves Commission are appealing for blood relatives of Rifleman William Magill/McGill - Royal Irish Rifles. Died 10/10/1916. Buried Craigton Cemetery. Glasgow. Service No 7497
The Commission are in the process of producing a headstone to mark his grave.

Haven't traced John Magill after 1901 (although he's likely the John Magill at witness in 1902 At Ellen Magill's marriage)
Both William and Edward didn't marry but Mary Elizabeth and Ellen did have families so possible some of them had children of their own.
