Title: Unable to access my account.

I have not been on Roots Chat for a while and when I tried to log in to my account my password was declined.
I tried to rest my password but the email account I use for resetting is no longer available to me, so I have had to open a new account, can I regain access to my original account.

Hi Alan,

I am going to change your email address for "percy porter" to the current one that you have used for this post, when I do that I will send you an email to change your password - you should be able to log in then with your old profile.

I can see your old profile, I will move your email address over to your old profile and send you a new password.

I too am having trouble getting in to RootsChat ,my password is declined when it is correct, no spelling errors etc .
I do it umpteen times but can’t fathom out what I am doing wrong .
Back on now obviously but it could well happen again.

Hi Viktoria,

If you are having with your password you can click on the "forgotten Password" button and it will send you an email to reset your password to something different.
