The 1911 census actually gives her birthplace as Quidenham, Suffolk.

So I think this might well be her in 1891

He barely existed as far as records are concerned.. If he was a Baptist missionary as stated in his marriage record I suppose he could have been anywhere in 1891.

A bit difficult in that case  :)

I have tried looking in 1881 and 1891 for anyone called Johnson with the occupation missionary and had no luck. He could have been working in this country as a 'city' missionary or have gone abroad.
I think if you want to pursue this further you'll have to consider getting the marriage certificate which will give you a handle on his age and also, hopefully, his father's name.
