Hi,

Can anyone make out the address on this 1868 Rumney, Wales birth certificate?

I'm pretty sure it is Rumney in Monmouthshire, but the address has foxed me.

Twyn Carno?
There is an electoral district of Twyn Carno in the Caerphilly borough district, only a few miles from Rumney.
