Hi All, first time on here for a while but I'll do my best.
I have been able to trace one of my family lines back to Michael Shasby (Chasby / Shalsby) born (C) 1821 Kilkenny to John Shasby and Margaret Wall.
I believe records become scarce at this point however I am looking to any further family history relating to John and Margaret.
I have found other later Shasby individuals but not been able to tie them in to my line or locations.
Michael was my 3rd Great Grandfather and married Judith Scot (b1825) in St Canice's in 1846.
I would appreciate any assistance as I am at this point stuck.
Thank you, Dan

There is a baptism of a Michael Shasby with those parents on 2 November 1821 in St. Canice's, Kilkenny, address of father given as Black Mills. It's very dark and difficult to read, but you can see it here:
https://registers.nli.ie/registers/vtls000635359#page/1/mode/1up
Other children to the same couple Patrick 19 Mar 1815; Thomas 12 Jan 1817; George 27 Mar 1819;
Mary 02 Aug 1824; Ellen 02 Dec 1827. There may have been others.
Also John and Margaret's marriage on 06 Feb 1814.
All the above records can be seen on registers.nli.ie

If you already had 'most of that info' then it should have been mentioned in your original post to save dublin1850 from searching then typing out the same information.

My apologies, I did state that I was looking for information on John and Margaret so I apologise if that was in anyway unclear.
As per my original post, it has been some time since I have visited this page. Thank you for your reply, Dan

Your reply is rather puzzling since you asked for 'information of John and Margaret,' dublin1850 posted marriage and baptisms of children, then you said you had 'most of that info.'

I did state the following "I am looking to any further family history relating to John and Margaret." So I apologise if that was in anyway confusing to anyone. Thank you for taking the time to read my post however. Dan
