Hi,
I recently came upon a divorce record for my great great grandfather's brother Adam Notman against his wife Margaret (neé Ritchie) "& another" on the NRS catalogue. I have emailed the Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service with these details, as I cannot go and view these records myself, and they have asked for which court this divorce was held in. Would anyone know from these details? All I've gathered is "E Office Roxburgh". Thanks :)
CS257/1071 - Adam Notman vs Margaret Ritchie or Notman & another - Year of Calling 1906: Reference No. of Transmission: Office 175 E (Roxburgh) - also has a date of 1920 oddly enough.

These records are held by the National Records of Scotland, not by the Courts and Tribunals Service which deals with more recent legal proceedings.
You could contact the NRS https://www.nrscotland.gov.uk/contact-us/?enq=Records%20and%20conservation and ask them for a quote for supplying photocopies of the associated papers.
Or you could ask an agent to get copies for you. There are lots of people who offer such a service see

thank you, do you know if there is a pretty big premium for copying these records as they have already asked for £15 search fee and an "estimate"? :))

The cost of copying depends on how many pages there are to copy so I can't answer that question.
I don't know what the charge is at the moment, but it used to be 50p per page.
