The above was the son of John Henry Yount b1791 Spitalfields and Sarah Hopwood 1786-1852. He seems to have been known as only Henry and married Martha Stokes Horn (1819-1893) 16 May 1862 at Tower Hamlets. Now here's the tricky bit, they appear to have had 7 children before their marriage 1847-1859 does that seem likely or was he married before whilst having children with Martha until his 1st wife died or what?

Entirely likely. My 2x gt grandparents had 6 children before they married in 1841 (just prior to the census) and as far as I can ascertain, there was no reason for them not to marry.
That said, that particular male line does seem to have avoided matrimony. One of their sons had 17 children and never married either of his 'wives' ::)

Martha was in a Mental Hospital -Colney Hatch from 17 May 1859-6 May 1862 they married on the 16th, 10 days after her discharge from the hospital.
The marriage certificate on ancestry, he gave an address of Bath House Row, Martha's looks like 6 Lark Row. Witness is Henry Horn
