Peter Street does but not as it was just 1960's council flats
Charles Street I'll have to think about it doesn't ring any bells

Charles St no longer exists.
It used to be between Scotch St and Queen St (Parallel to them), running from George St to High St.

Thank you Geoff and Andrew I have an old map of whitehaven and they are not on it. Patmel

Peter Street should be, it runs parallel to George Street and High Street

Find Whitehaven at www.streetmap.co.uk
Zoom in and you will see Peter Street ... Charles Street used to cut Peter St in half.
