Title: Monkwearmouth Marriage 1806
Post by: JosiahS on Thursday 13 March 25 16:28 GMT (UK)
Hello there

George Robinson married Eleanor Wright at Monkwearmouth St Peter on 4 August 1806.

If anyone has access to the original register, rather than the BTs which are available online, could they please let me know if her father was named?  Witness names would be helpful too.

Thank you

Transcript of PR does not mention a fathers name

It would be unusual for a parish register to name the father of either party. You would normally need a post-1837 marriage for that.

It can be useful, though, to have the names of the witnesses.
