is it possible at there was a Cahir Street in Clonmel around 1860 1880s some records state Co. Tipperary and others state  Co. Waterford. or can someone tell me if there are any old maps from around this time naming streets

Yes there was, in the 1840s.

It mentions the Potato Market - shown here snipped from an old map. Cannot spot a Cahir Street as yet.
