Title: Hep requested - short Latin 1611 apprenticeship text.

Please could someone help me with correcting and translating the text below ? It is the 1611 apprenticeship binding into the Worshipful Company of Haberdashers of Raphe/Brereton, son of Roger of Stoke, to Richard Rudd.

Which I think translates very roughly as:

Radul [Raphe] Brereton, son of Roger of Stoke
upon Trent in the county of Staffordshire, armigerous, apprenticed under Richard
Rudd for a period of eight years from the feast of the nativity of Saint John
the Baptist xxxxx future date above [?]
dat ut supra  (?)

sig ar putat (?)

xxx xxxx Roger Brereton xxxxxxx Richard
Rudd xx xxxxx xxxxx xxxx xxxx third of November
next at Mr. Rudd’s house in the Poultry [London].
dat ut supra (?)

From the second paragraph:

Rudd in lxxxli


Roughly:

I the aforesaid Roger Brereton am to be held to the before-mentioned Richard

Rudd in 80 pounds...


The next words may be p(ro) sol' and may refer to making a payment.

The amount following is xlli = 40 pounds

*    I think this name is in the accusative but might be way off.

The phrase used twice is:  dat' ut supra

I believe it means:  given as above

Raphe Brereton, son of Roger Brereton of Stoke-upon-Trent in the county of Stafford esquire, put to Richard Rudd, Citizen etc., for eight years from the Feast of the Nativity of St John the Baptist next forthcoming – dated as above. Sealed and submitted.
[That] I the aforesaid Roger Brereton am bound to the aforesaid Richard Rudd in [the sum of] 80 pounds for the payment of 40 pounds on third of November next at Master Rudd’s house in the Poultry, dated as above.

Note: I think the bond for £40 taken out by the father (due to be paid on 3 November, with an £80 penalty for any default) is security for any damage or loss caused to the master by the apprentice during his term.
