I'm having some bother understand the renewal prices on Find My Past, so any help would be much appreciated. I'm due to renew in six days & FPM has sent an email saying the price will be £169.99 that includes 15% discount. I only paid £138.99 last year so this appears to be a large hike for renewal. I have tried to look at the different packages but they are only quoting 'Everything package' for £199.99. So two questions, the first is do they only have one package level now & second has anyone else had the large increase in the 12 month subscription?

I just took a look on the site (I don't have membership) and it does seem to be just monthly £24.49/quarterly £59.99 /yearly £199.99 for everything. £169.99 after that with discount.

I always cancel my auto-renew each year. Instead of the 15% loyalty discount normally offered, last year I took advantage of 40% off, and think you may have been offered a similar discount last year Ellenmai. Sure there was an offer to renew with a 40% discount before the end of January last year, as seem to remember a few people mentioning they had renewed back then.

Thanks for your kind wishes justmej. I actually got 30% discount in the end which amounted to £60 off, so only £1 more than last years subscription & I'm satisfied with that ;D

Oh, that's interesting to know, as mine finishes soon, so will see if I can find a similar offer.

After repeatedly ringing Find My Past today, then annoyingly being cut off a number of times, I did eventually get through. Like you Ellenmai, I was offered a 30% discount to renew, so have also taken advantage... better than their 'loyalty' discount of 15%. Apparently, the 40% discount we got last year was a 'one off', so I'm told.
