There is a newspaper article I am told on 14 oct 1939 in The Kensington Post Middlesex Independent and west London star for Frederick Ambrose Taylor. Grateful if someone could access and tell me what it said. Thank you .

Frederick Ambrose Taylor, Forty-three, engineer, of Warwick-avenue, Maida Vale, was find 10/- for being found drunk and incapable at Green-lane, Ilford, on October 7, at Stratford Police Court on Monday.
