Title: Transcription help please
Post by: alllegs on Tuesday 07 January 25 22:34 GMT (UK)
Good evening,

I've have an ancestry subscription so I'm not asking for a search and I'm aware of the 1921 no researching for others rules however I was wondering if anyone could help with what other variants of names I can search for in order to find my family in the 1921 census please. I've attached the transcript from the 1939 register detailing names and dates and I've tried so many variants of Gilleard, Gillard, Cilleard, Cillard, Giward, Coward, etc but I'm still at a loss.

Tom Lockwood Gilleard
Edna Gilleard
Llona Marjorie Gilleard
Joan Mary Gilleard

All born in Huddersfield, Yorkshire.

Many thanks

Thank you. I have them now.

The one letter I didn't think about changing was the ll to a b!

It doesn't look like a b on the original page!
