It looks like Hetford but there doesn’t appear to be a Hetford, I thought maybe a variation on Headford.
There is at least one transcription that agrees

Just want to point out that Irish BMD records are freely available at IrishGenealogy.ie  (http://IrishGenealogy.ie)
If born after 1864 there is a good chance you can locate birth registration, and remove any guesswork as to location.
