Title: Using Amazon app

I've been using the Amazon app for years and don't have any problems with it but there's one thing that is driving me mad and I wondered if anyone knows a solution.

I have the app on both my phone and my tablet (they're both Samsung). If I search for something on the phone app then go from the results page to another app then return to Amazon, the results are still there. However, if I do the same on my tablet, however briefly, on my return it takes me back to the home page.

I've had a look at the app settings but can't find anything relevant. Hope someone can help.

The only thing I can think of is your cookie settings, your phone is probably set to accept cookies and perhaps your tablet isn't.

Thanks for the suggestion Crumblie. I've compared the settings on both, Site Permissions they both show Allow all cookies so it doesn't look like that's the problem.

I've done a Google search, found one query that seemed to be the same but the reply was that an update was available that would fix it. My apps are up to date so it's not that either.
