You can search censuses for free on Family Search and this site https://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/certificates/Login.asp gives you mother’s name for that time too.

1871 census
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:KZGR-GBD

GRO - mother’s maiden name Brammer

Eliza Ann was baptised at the Primitive Methodist 14 January 1872

On the same day so was Esquire parents William and Ann Hardy, father a Miner,
address Hayland Common.
AMENDED above entry they did have a child reg. as Squire 1872. So it was not a late baptism for Emanuel

ADDED
Mary was baptised 22 October 1876 at the same church, same address and parents.

She only had one known parent her mother Eliza Bramhall - spelling of the surname is all over the place.
Ann was base born circa 1847/8.
Her mother Eliza  age 29 married Robert Bell age 30 on 22 August 1853.
Her father Thomas Bramah (spelling)
------------------------
Notes Thomas Bramhall married Hannah Rodger 16 January 1814 Sheffield, St Peter & St Paul, no witnesses listed Ref: ancestry.
There is also a Thomas Bramhall married Hannah Rodger St Mary Sheffield  28 July 1823. More research required to know which is correct.
--------------------
1861 census Robert Bell 39, Eliza Bell 36, *Ann Bramhall 12 listed as daughter in law (s/b Step daughter)
---------------------
William Hardy 22  Collier married Ann Brammer 20 on 25 December 1864 Wath Upon Dearne - corrected spelling
Witness Lavinia Hardy and Robert Fletcher.
His father Emanuel Hardy, - Collier
Her father  blank.

I looked at the GRO Index for the children of William Hardy and Ann nee Brammer.

It seems depending on who was registering the child the mother's maiden name was either Brammer/Brammah or Bell, due to the fact Ann's mother had married Robert Bell.

Martha 1865 - Barnsley Union - Brammah
Emanuel 1867 - Barnsley Union - Bell
Eliza Ann 1869- Barnsley Union - Brammer
Squire - 1872  - Barnsley Union - Bramhall  died 1878 age 6 reg. Barnsley
Friend (male) corrected - 1874 - Barnsley Union - Brammer  - died 1875 age 1 reg. Barnsley
Mary  1876 - Barnsley Union  - Brammer
William 1878 Barnsley Union -  Bell
Alice - 1881 - Barnsley Union - Bell

Note: I amended the baptism records in reply #4

Re reply #6  "1864 Wrath Upon Dean"  The parish name is Wath upon Dearne.

(It is in Rotherham registration district, whereas Hoyland Common is in Barnsley.)
