I Dont have Paid access to Scotlands People
Neither does anyone else. Scotland's People is not a subscription site. It is pay-per view (very modestly priced compared with the corresponding Australian web sites) so you have exactly the same access as everyone else, and no-one can look up James Haren's birth certificate without paying for it (other than in person in a Scotland's People Centre where it's pay-per-day instead of pay-per-view).
Attached is an extract of the listing in the births index, from which you can see that James' mother's maiden surname was O'Reilly.
There is no index listing of a marriage of a Haren to an O'Reilly in Scotland. There is, however, a marriage of William Haren to Mary O'Reilly in Enniskillen, Ireland on 15 May 1898. See https://www.irishgenealogy.ie/en/
The index to the 1921 census at Scotland's People lists a Haren family in Hutchesontown consisting of William, 46; Mary, 45; Mary P, 16; Margaret, 14; Arthur, 10; James, 8.
There are 5 births in Hutchesontown of Haren children with mother's maiden surname O'Reilly. See attached.
Oh, and Hutchesontown is a district in the City of Glasgow.

Thanks For Your Reply and info But this James Haren was Born in 1938 Not 1912

The one in 1912 is the only James Haren in the births index at Scotland's People.
There is a birth of a James Haran in 1938, but because this is less than 100 years ago, you can't view the certificate online.
You can order a full certificate from Scotland's People (still cheaper than from most Australian states) or you can get someone to go to a Scotland's People Centre and transcribe the information on the certificate. For example a member of ASGRA would be able to do this, or you might be lucky and find a helpful person who is planning a visit and would be willing to.
