I can see
Sgt K. J. Meredith (Air Gunner) posted into No. 223 Squadron, 100 (RCM) Group 10th May 1945 from 1699 Flight on 5th May 1945 then promoted to Sgt on 1st July 1945. 223 Operated Flying Fortress bombers in the RCM role. 1699 Flight was based at RAF Oulton and was set up to train RAF crews on the Flying Fortress

Because his service record is still with the MOD there won't be many details about his service in the RAF online at the moment. Your best bet is to research the units you know he served with, starting perhaps, with 223 Squadron (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/No._223_Squadron_RAF) and move on to 100 Group (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/No._100_Group_RAF). There are plenty of books, and at least two contemporary articles (from 1944 ad 1945) which give details about the work of 100 Group. Incidentally, RCM stands for Radio Counter Measures.
