Title: Baptism for Nora Walsh 1902
Post by: kptz on Friday 06 December 24 02:02 GMT (UK)
Hello,

I am searching for the baptism record for my grandmother Nora Walsh. She was born 2 Aug 1902, Shamrock Cottages, Dublin. Father: John Walsh. Mother: Mary Lardner. By 1904, the family was living in Belfast. I have her birth certificate but need help to find a baptism record.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Kathleen

Shamrock Cottages are in the North Strand area of Dublin. With a birthdate in 1902, you aren't going to find a baptism online. You will have to contact the local parish directly.

John was railroad carpenter, which explains why they moved around so much.

If Catholic, she would more than likely have been baptised in St. Agatha's, North William Street parish. It is literally across the main road from where she was born.

So Timothy wasn't the oldest.
