You could help us by giving some clue as to why you suspect she was born in Cork. City? County?

You haven't given any details of her birthyear or who she married.  From the date you give I think she married Wiliam Coughlin in Bolton

There is an 1881 entry in Bolton for a Catherine Leonard aged 18 parents Thomas & Honora. First sibling Thomas was born Wigan 1868.  Parents & Catherine are shown as b Clare - presumably County Clare.

Yes, thankyou & the info you have is correct.  Several years ago I saw a birth record at my aunt's home and was sure it was for Mary Coughlin, I believe to be Catherine's daughter, but the record said born in Cork Co, whereas other records show England?  Mary was married in England.  Honora & husband are from Clare & moved to England but some children were born Ireland.  I'm just trying to eliminate the Cork record and it could be Im not recalling it correctly.  Tks for what you sent!

Look at the 1881 census - parents & first 2 children were b County Clare

When posting about the same family - can you include the links to any other posts to save us wasting time duplicating info already found
