Title: Uncles photo needs cleanup if possible

This is a scanned photo sent to me today of my late uncle Tom Toulson 1913-1969with his prize-winning chrysanthemums taken in the 1950s. Please can anyone improve it for me.

Wow these photo restorations are so well done, I had no idea our old photos could be brought back to life like this!
