Cheery Hello from Sunny Texas,

I need some help in making this photo of just the girl.  Can you take out the background and make black and white. There is a 100th anniversary quit being made and I need to isolate just the image without the hands and background.

Thanks EVER so much you two!  Hugs of appreciation sent your way.  This has to go on a 100th anniversary quilt along side this photo. When they tried to print it on the material my mother's face was too dark.  I tried to lighten it up
