Title: William Brooks (Brook or Brookes) circa 1804 Netherton area Worcestershire

The 1851 Census indicates birth as Netherton; Dudley, Worcestershire, England.
I am trying to locate a baptism record for him. He MAY have been baptised 30 Sept 1804 at St Thomas Dudley Worcestershire but I cannot seem to locate any documents to conform this.
Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

30 Sep 1804 Bapt is on FreeREG to CHARLES/ANN

11 Dec 1803 Park Lane Chapel, Cradley (WILLIAM/ANNE) abode Dudley***
28 Oct 1804, St Thomas, Dudley (WILLIAM/MARY)
25 Apr 1805, St Eadburga, Leigh (Mother MARY)

EDIT William bapt 16 Jan 1803 was possibly buried 28 Dec 1803 Son of Thomas/Mary, no age given
