Can someone help decipher this document connected to Nicolas du Bois, not sure if a marriage or birth  of his son.

Ce 10me jour de decembre a esté baptizé Pierre
fils appartenant à Nicollas Dubois et de
Jeanne Deguise ses pere et mere. Le parin a
esté Pierre Meubrun, la marine Elizabet
Delarore, niece de monsieur Rubesti.

On the 10th of December was baptized Pierre, son belonging to Nicollas Dubois & Jeanne Deguise, his father & mother.
Godparents were Pierre Meubrun & Elizabet Delarore, niece of Mr. Rubesti
