Hello ,
Does anyone know about a Thomas Bell
would love to find out a few things,
wife any family?
( Mayor of Dublin 1702/03

I'm unsure, does this burial say Aldm [Alderman] Thomas BELL - buried 1717/18 at St Auoden, Dublin.
https://churchrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/details/c99b9a0256892?b
There is also on the same page, buried on 1 January 1717/18 - Anna BELL "wife to Aldm Bell".

For interest:
"Dublin, August 25 ... Alderman Lloyd, who was Chosen Lord Mayor for the year ensuing, being ill of the Gout and other Distempers, has desired this City to make Choice of another in his room, and accordingly having proceeded to a new Election, they elected Mr Alderman Bell, a Merchant"
August 29, 1702 - September 1, 1702
Publication: Post Boy

From a listing I have compiled of personal names contained in Gilbert's Calendar of Ancient Records of Dublin I have references to an Alderman Thomas Bell.
If you would like to receive these please state so.

Can't help with family&c but did spot
"A discourse concerning man, as he is a religious creature: to the societies for reformation of manners in the city of Dublin, May the 18th, 1703"
Author - John Milling, published 1703
It is addressed to
-
"The antiquities and history of Ireland, ..." - author James Ware, pub 1705.
-
"A history of the rise and progress of the people called Quakers in Ireland ..." - authors Thomas Wright/John Rutty, published 1751
-
Possible candidate for "your" Thomas?
"A full and true account of his Grace Duke Schomberg's marching towards Dublin ..." - author "Anonymous", printed 1689
-
The election for Mayor took place end of June each year. The "Mayor" referred to here might be "your" Thomas (Jul 1702 - Jun 1703) or successor (John Page). An act was passed 1703 in the Irish Parliament for the setting up of a House of Industry.

Rathmore,
No, I have not yet,
When I came over to do my tree a few years ago I fell over the first day and broke both my arms
so home the next day. Made me think,
I was starting in front of the family church in my head said come on let go of the family secrets.
My sister said it looked like someone pushed me.
It put me off a bit Now back at it
