Title: Have My Heritage changed the default settings for new members?
Post by: pandk2 on Monday 05 August 24 10:55 BST (UK)
Several of my recent new matches on My Heritage do not display information about the location of the DNA matches (chromosome, start and end points). In the past, this happened occasionally, but it seemed to be much less common.

Could it be that My Heritage have changed the sign-up routine so that the default is now to opt out of providing this information? Does anyone know?

At least send them an email so that you have clearly stated that you don't want to renew.

Any reputable company would then cancel the renewal.

Had a telephone call from them, was adamant  I did not want  to subscribe  again even at their discount price, I might think about  it in future, success!
