Earl Frederick COLBOURN died on 18 March 1919 after serving with the London Regiment. Aged 34, he was the husband of Margaret (nee White?). Surviving records give Margaret's address as 24 Nelson Road, Hornsey, later amended to 158 Tintern Avenue, Westcliff-on-Sea.
Earl was born in Upper Holloway c 1885; Margaret was from the same area. At the 1911 Census they were living in Stoke Newington with one child, Ernest Frederick, born 1911. Earl's Pension Card shows that they had two further children- Leslie William, born 1912 and Kenneth John, born 1916. In 1911 Earl was described as a French Polisher.
Earl Frederick Colbourn died at Uxbridge on 18/3/1919. His death was attributable to his war service but he was never commemorated as a war casualty.
Does anyone know where this "forgotten soldier" is buried?
Any help would be gratefully received.

hi tazzie. I'm way up north so opportunities for visits in the London area are a bit difficult. Makes your input all the more valuable.
