Can anyone help with information about the ancestors of David Boyack. The only information I have taken from Scotlands People is he was born 2 November 1775 to David Boyack and Margaret Craw. The ref I have is 'Fettercairn, Kincardineshire, Scotland: Ref Scotlands People Old Parish Registers Page 189'. I have been unable to find any information other than that from the parish register. Any help much appreciated.

David Boyack (spellings vary) and Margaret Craw had at least eight children, all baptised in Fettercairn. See screenshot.
Have you looked at David's baptism record to see if it contains any more information, such as the family's residence, David senior's occupation, and names and details of witnesses who might provide a clue to earlier generations?

How do I view the baptism record?
-
SP costs £7:50 for 30 credits, or varying prices for more credits.
When you view the record and it will highlight, buy credits if you do not have any.
Used wisely 30 credits will give the opportunity to view 5 records at 6 credits each.
Some records will cost more than 6 credits, for some later records you need to order the certificate.
