Possibly the English is a translation of the Japanese side. What does the English say?
The Japanese has (I THINK ! ) Japan-Thailand POW Camp No. 2 Branch, and then transferred to Osaka POW Camp No. 1 Branch.
It has cause of death at Fukuoka Prisoner Camp, as intestinal disease due to contaminated water. He was ill for 18 days.
His remains are at a temple in Osaka.
Remains handed over to Lt. GUYMEN, Clarence B
Does this tally with information given in English?
What is the man's name?
