Hi there - I'm trying to identify which relative this picture is of and would appreciate it if someone could identify the most likely date range from his garb please.
Although the pic has a date annotated , I just don't reckon that is correct nor that it is the person identified either so some help would be appreciated to narrow down the possibilities.
