Can anyone help translate this for me please ?  I am reading it as

Captain HMS Invincible
? Squadron

Looks like Mediterranean Squadron to me, perhaps not quite spelt correctly.

Date is Nov 13th 1886

...Ian, I can see Mediterranean now you mention it !  Its a tricky one !!

Invincible was with the Mediterranean Squadron in 1886 before returning to Devonport for refit.
