I can't remember how I have previously accessed Medway's archives online - "ark" ? something but don't know where to start. Link, please?

Thank you. I'm grateful.

Has anyone else had problems trying to get onto the cityark.medway site? It had been working fine up until about a week ago - since then, I keep getting "can't reach this page, cityark.medway.gov.uk took too long to respond". Is it just me?

Have a look at this page
https://www.medway.gov.uk/info/200391/medway_archives_centre/317/medway_archives_centre/2
Digital material you can view free at Medway Archives Centre, Medway Libraries, or from home with a subscription
Perhaps they've taken their parish records down :'(. Hopefully it's just a glitch as it also says
Digital collections you can view from home
You can view records online via the Medway Council Heritage Services catalogue, including:
Parish registers, recording baptisms, marriages and burials, for the Archdeaconry of Rochester
but the link isn't working

I normally access them through a link against a record on FindMyPast but that is not working. I have just tried checking on 'Is it down or just me' and they say it is down.
-
Thanks Bearkat and Rosie. So it is a problem at their end. I'll just have to be patient. I really appreciate that their parish records are free to access, and I use them a lot, so I don't want to have a moan to them or bug them about it!
-
Nor do I; I'm really grateful for parish record images!
-
It used to be down quite regularly but has been better of late.
-
It is working for me this afternoon via FindMyPast :)

I tried about 10 minutes ago and again after your update but I'm geting a 'sorry, an error has occurred" message ??? That was through Medway Council's website.
