Title: Jersey deaths index lookup - Johnson

Greetings all. 
Can someone kindly look up Frederic George Johnson who died on Jersey on 29 August 1949.  I don't know the parish.  I would like to order a copy of the death certificate so if someone could let me have the parish, volume and page reference that I need to do that I would be really grateful.

According to the funeral director's record he was buried in St Brelade new cemetery in Grave 133 however he died in St Helier. The death is indexed in St Helier Vol 64 and is on page 32.
