Title: Workhouse record 1879, Greenwich
Post by: nicdigby on Sunday 12 May 24 11:05 BST (UK)
Hello, can anyone help me with the top line please? I don't need anything other than confirmation or correction of the following line (the other writing is there so you can see the handwriting):

I think it says (occupation), needleworker, father in Chatham Union.
Next column (religion): Wesley
Next column (Age): 35

I think it could be needlewoman.  & Wesleyan, but neither change the general meaning.
