I have translated from Latin and think it may be …
28th April 1843 - marriage
Terence Mullen and Rose (Rosa) McCristall
‘Disp in bannes’ - dispensation from banns
Witnesses
Patrick  McCarvill/McCarrill? and Edward Tierney?

Here it is in the parish registers - you may find similar names to clarify those

Looks good to me!

McCristall is often spelt McCrystal and vice versa
