Hi , I have Henry Minter , 1777 - 1854 and his daughter Martha Bevin, 1823 - 1854 , buried in All Saints , Hastings in 1854. I can't find any details of burial records past 1848. Would be interested to know of any grave monuments..

FindMyPast has both burials - transcripts only.
Martha's surname Bevins (with an "s")
Henry's death notice appeared in the Sussex Advertiser, 24 Oct 1854

Ancestry have digital copies of the parish registers, showing his burial, but they dont have any thing additional on his burial other than exact date/age

Well it's the same parish register as I gave a link to in Reply #3
Other info given in the PR is the abode of the deceased and who performed the ceremony
